Punta Arenas

A historic estate declared a national monument in the year 2000. Located 194 km east of Punta Arenas, there are still traces of an era of agro-industrial splendor despite its abandonment. Sheep skins ready for loading, a few skeletons and untold stories. Stranded ships lay aground in the bay of the Strait of Magellan, left there since the economic recession in Magallanes more than 60 years ago. It is a location that invites storytelling of great and nostalgic pasts.
